What Our Employees Say
Hear from our incredible employees.
I’ve been part of our team since 2017 and started as a part-time front desk receptionist. I wanted to make sure that patients were heard and looked after—they’re people, not just patients to us. I always tell them I strive to make visits here like Cheers, where everyone knows their name! While in this position I’ve gone through some tremendous growth to become a provider as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, allowing me to help patients with their devices even more. It’s been my mission since day one to find out what is most important to our patients and make sure they’re enjoying life’s important moments. I’ve never been in a more collaborative environment than working here, and I know I’ll be supported in decisions to grow in my position. Seeing patients leave our clinic in such bright spirits, even after just a cleaning, means the world to me. If you’re considering applying to work with us, I’d say the most important thing to keep in mind is to be you. Our team members are so unique but we get along with our similarities, making us so strong. We support our patients with our knowledge of cutting-edge developments in the field of audiology, and with our team, you’ll be challenged to become the best you can be!
Lindsey Doherty, HIS—Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Hearing Instrument Specialist
I joined the team here in 2022, and I wanted a position that would help me change people’s lives by helping them with their communication and hearing needs. It’s amazing to see the difference that I have made, as well as the rest of my team. I love helping people and changing their lives for the better. If you’re thinking of joining our team, I’d absolutely recommend a career with us! Expect to challenge yourself at every opportunity to become the best version of yourself that you can. Our team puts in all effort to ensure our patients’ needs and goals are met so they can exceed in communication aspects of their lives.
Stephanie Michaelides, AuD—Doctor of Audiology
My goal when I joined this team in 2024 was to provide high-quality and compassionate hearing healthcare to every patient I had the privilege of seeing. Every day here is different, and seeing all sorts of patients and needing all sorts of skills keeps me busy and active. I feel so fulfilled in this career and in having the chance to provide for the community. My patient-facing role ensures I can also work on my networking skills with patients and other healthcare professionals, making sure that everyone is well looked after. This is the most positive work environment I’ve ever been part of, so if you want to join us, do it! Our team truly cares about all of our patients and each other. We love what we do!
